BLISS Wi-Fi System - Internet of Zoning

The BLISS Wi-Fi Zoning system is a kit consisting of:

• 1 Gateway - Used for wireless internet communication to/from BLISS components that control your zoned HVAC system.
• 1 Heat-Cool Module (HCM) - Controls HVAC unit and provides power for zone sensors and dampers.
• Wired Damper Sensors (WDS) - One per zone. The WDS inserts into each zone duct near each damper and senses duct pressure and temperature.
• Light Switch/Thermostats (LST) - Installs at the light switch box in each room/zone and wirelessly communicates with BLISS system devices to control the HVAC and zone dampers.
• 5-Year Warranty on BLISS System Components!

Note: Works with all plug-in dampers. All dampers ordered separately for duct compatibility.

FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all 24V. Dampers and Controls and Bliss IOZ Systems ZONEFIRST warrants its products to be free of defects and to provide trouble-free operation for a period of Five (5) years from the date of installation. The warranty is limited to the cost of the product and does not include claims for labor or consequential damage. Prior authorization must be obtained from ZONEFIRST before returning any product. Products returned under warranty and found to be defective will be replaced or credited. Items returned within the warranty period that are found not to be defective and those items that are out of warranty are subject to a minimum repair or inspection fee. All returns must be sent freight prepaid with the return authorization number clearly marked on the packing slip. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. All items damaged in freight cannot be returned, and a claim must be made with the freight carrier.

LIFETIME Limited Warranty on Plug-in-Play™ Dampers and their respective Zone Panels. The warranty requires the return of the product for inspection before the credit for the replacement is issued.

RETURNS: All returns must have prior authorization and are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Custom and Special order items may not be returned for credit. Returns are for credit only and can only be used towards future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
