Yes, you can cancel your order prior to it shipping. All cancellations will be refunded in the form of ZONEFIRST credit.

You can return any ZONEFIRST product hassle-free within 1-year of the purchase date.

We ask that you do not return any product(s) before you have submitted your return request AND have authorization from us. 

Return requests are submitted here. Someone will reach out to your within 1-3 business days to begin the process. 

Refunds are provided via ZONEFIRST credit when the products land back at our warehouse and pass inspection. We will contact you via email with your credit confirmation and how to use it in the future.
